Below are the Terms of Service that all advertisers and publishers must abide by. Failure to do so will result in the immediate termination of your account resulting in forfeiture of any earnings or advertising monies within the account.
- By registering an account for Publishing you agree to publish any network ads only on websites that have been submitted to, and approved by PBBG Ads.
- You will be supplied with an HTML code to place on the websites that have been approved by PBBG Ads. This HTML code will not be modified in any way and will be placed on the website(s).
- Periodically and without warning, PBBG Ads will visit websites publishing our ads and verify placement. If the ads are not placed properly, your account will be terminated without warning.
- Any websites publishing ads must be in english unless explicit permission is given from PBBG Ads.
- Any methods of falsely inflating the number of ad views or clicks are expressly forbidden.
- Payout for Publishers is approximately 66.67% of the CPC price paid by Advertisers.
- You are not allowed to auto spawn new browser windows with our code in them, automatically redirect users, pop-up a new site, or use frames to redirect the entire traffic onto a different url. Any attempts to fraud PBBG Ads will be brought to court.
- PBBG Ads reserves the right to refuse anyone access to an account, funds within an account, or materials located on the website at any time. PBBG Ads also reserved the right to terminate an account that has breached these terms of service at any moment without warning.
- These Terms of Service are provided as is and can be updated at any time. In the event an update of these terms of service occurs, a public announcement will be made. It is your responsibility as the advertiser or publisher to ensure you are familiar with, and up to date with these terms of service.
- All purchases are final. No refunds are guarenteed to be given and are left to the discretion of the PBBG Ads administration.
- PBBG Ads reserved the rights to monitor and alter stats in the event stats are falsely generated or occur due to errors or glitches.
- PBBG Ads reserves the right to delay publisher payments in the event dispute arises over the legitimacy of the statistics.
